Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions I get from customers regarding custom cakes.  Should you have a question that is not listed below, please feel free to contact us.

What are the price ranges?
Pricing is determined by unique variables, including serving size and custom design.  All custom cakes start at $120 (approximately 8-10 servings).  Basic cupcakes start at $30 per dozen (single flavor).  Cupcakes can also be customized for your event for an additional cost.

How much times is required to place custom cake orders?
We suggest placing your order at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Are gluten-free, egg-free or vegan products offered at The Silver Tip?
At this time, we do not offer any desserts that are allergen friendly.

Are all your cakes covered with buttercream?
Yes, all cakes at The Silver Tip are covered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.  We DO NOT make fondant cakes.

Are custom cakes shipped to other states?
At this time, we do not ship custom cakes; however, we do have amazing cake jars coming soon for nationwide shipping.

How do I travel with my cake?
For pick up orders, we recommend that cakes be transported on a flat surface in your vehicle (i.e. on the floor) with the air conditioning on.  Please be mindful of making sudden stops, hard turns, and bumpy roads.

Do you deliver?
Absolutely!  All wedding cakes MUST be delivered, no exception.  Any celebration cakes 2 tiers or more, we highly suggest delivery.  Delivery starts at $25 and must be requested at the time of cake inquiry.

How do I handle payment for my order?
To secure your order and date, you make the 50% deposit payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.  Final balance must be PAID IN FULL 14 days prior to your event date.
